Lawyer
Scott is a business law lawyer working out of the Firm’s Manitoba office. He advises and supports entrepreneurs and Indigenous communities on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on corporate structuring, Indigenous economic development, land and real estate development, mergers and acquisitions, and additions to reserve. He works closely with senior lawyers at the firm to advance clients’ objectives while ensuring their rights and interests are fully protected.
Scott is committed to serving entrepreneurs and Indigenous communities with diligence and integrity, and is driven to create meaningful, lasting impacts. Drawing on his background in specialized heavy equipment and security installations for private individuals and businesses, he brings a practical, client-focused approach to legal matters, fostering efficient, trust-based relationships to ensure client interests are effectively advanced.
