Leon is an associate lawyer with experience across private practice and senior in-house roles, advising on commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development related matters. He has advised Indigenous governments and Indigenous owned entities on a range of commercial, governance, and economic development matters.
He brings particular strength in transaction structuring, risk management, and the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements.
Leon’s approach is practical and client focused. He works closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver clear, commercially grounded advice that supports sound decision making.
